New Photos from MeLo-X's Archives: MACHINEDRUM
Machinedrum is one of the best producers of our time hands down. The impact he has made on music is Major in my mind. Ive been inspired by his music since the first time we met. We created alot of music together that hasn't been heard but our most known collab was Let It.
Travis (Machinedrum) hit me up one day around the time I shot Theophilus Londons cover art. He wanted to go a more natural route for his photos. He had many real clean in studio type photos but wanted a more hippie vibe. So we went out to prospect park to shoot. I brought my Pentex out and started too shoot him near the running water and on the grass.
I also did a few double exposures. This photo is a double exposure. You can see the sun almost peaking through the tree trunk and the sky can be seen a bit through his right arm. I love how its almost a perfect double exposure and you cant tell which layer is which.
