Texas is one of the people Ive met who has been a great inspiration. We met through our mutual friend TONE back in 07. We've been great friends ever since and have worked on a few projects together. Texas is a great photographer. I remember showing her my work and her telling me I had a good eye. Her and Tone have to be the best photographers I know personally.
This photo was taken in my Backyard back in 2008. I invited Texas over to eat chill and vibe out. I cooked some food and baked some corn bread. We ate outside in my backyard and took photos. After that we chilled in my room as I worked on music. Texas fell asleep and after a while I passed out aswell. The two beats I made that day were Tehas Beans and Tehas Rice. These tracks were inspired by the Rice and Beans I made for us earlier in the day. Those beats are on my first Mixtape called "Mustafa's Renaissance".
