MY Workout plan

I been working out ya'll. 4 times a week. I need to get in shape for the summer cuz ima be traveling like crazy.

I been doing cardio and Calisthenics. Trying to get in shape not get buffed up and shit.

so I Workout everyday at 1pm and I Watch "Attack of the Show" on G4.

Why you may ask?


Well ummm BECAUSE OLIVIA MUNN Is THE HOST DUHHHH.
